Create payment link

Create a new payment link that can be shared with a single participant to collect a payment. A payment link defines pricing, payment options, and availability rules. Each payment link is intended for one-time use per participant. To collect payments from multiple participants, a separate payment link must be created for each participant.

This optional Trip Reference is set by you. It is not visible to your clients. It is only visible to you in your WeTravel dashboard and reporting. In v2, this field was named trip_id.

Currency code for the payment link (ISO 4217).

Allows you to choose how the payment fees are handled. The available options are:
“credit_card” - Bank account payments are free for the participant, but if they choose to pay by credit card, a card fee is added to the price
“service” - Service fees are paid by the participant. Payment method fees are covered by the organizer.
“all” - all fees are paid by the participant
“none” - all fees are paid by the organizer
